As President of the National Council of Philippine American Canadian Accountants (NCPACA), it has been a great pleasure to be working with the most incredible and dedicated people from the Philippine American Society of Certified Public Accountants (PASCPA) of Los Angeles, California. Please allow me to congratulate all the new set of officers who will be inducted this year led by Mr. Frenz Rivera, its President.  On behalf of the Council, I am pleased to extend my warmest greetings to everyone attending this induction night and to welcome all the new set of officers who are ready to fulfill their responsibilities for which they are expected of.
I am really thankful to all of you for your steadfast dedication and the invaluable services that you provide to the Council. Congratulations for keeping our umbrella organization alive through your hard work and determination especially your overwhelming support to NCPACA.
It is almost two years and my term is soon to end. All I ask from the current officers and members of PASCPA is continue your support to the Council under the new leadership of the incoming President Buddy Ibe. Without your full support, the Council will struggle to achieve its desired goals.
