To All PASCPA Members:

On November 24, 2006, I received the final draft of the By Laws Amendment from our By Laws Committee Chair, Mr. Ben Alas. These amendments were unanimously approved by the By Laws Committee and was also approved by the majority votes of the PASCPA Board of Directors.

On behalf of the Officers, Directors and Members of PASCPA, I am extending my sincerest thanks to the By Laws Committee for sharing their talents, wisdom, experience and expertise in reviewing the By Laws and make the necessary amendments to ensure the continued success of our organization.

On December 1, 2006, before we start our Programme for our Christmas Party at the Otani Hotel, I strongly encourage each and everyone to ratify the By Laws Amendments. Let us get involved and maintain continued greater success through professional advancement, strong camaraderie, networking with different businesses and industries while maintaining good relationships with various levels of government and professional organizations. Remember we are blessed. Thank you.
